Due to limitations in human and material resources, APAP ’s activities will be limited to the areas where it has been operating for the last years: -

- Oromiya,
- Amhara,
- Harari,
- Southern Nations Nationalities and Regional States,
- Dire Dawa and
- Addis Ababa Administration.
