The institutional capacity building component of the “Enhancing Access to Justice in South Omo” Project, which has been implemented by APAP in collaboration with Christian Aid, was carried out during the last periods of the grace period.
The first part of the project, the successful implementation of which was part of the December issue of the e newsletter, aimed at enhancing the knowledge of capabilities of the members of the Zones' law enforcement and administrative officials on laws, human rights and good governance issues related to each organ of the government .
The other component of the project, aimed at complimenting and sustaining the above effort by building the institutional capacity of the mentioned targets, by availing equipments and pertinent legal and human right resource materials to target as well as opening of resource center.
